This family-owned chain of designer hardware and appliance stores wanted to promote its new location in a very trendy area of Pasadena. More than just a hardware store, the ads and direct mail romanced the experience of going to the new store that was professionally designed to allow the buyer to actually use much of the merchandise.

How many fixture stores can boast of a working shower display with over 44 working shower heads? The challenge was to make the budget work while still keeping the spirit of the store intact.
