This fundraising direct mail package designed for an appeal from the Los Angeles-based non-profit Para Los Niños is a classic example of hard-working, back-to-basics, low-cost package that had to be produced in a quick hurry from existing stock components. Inside the 6 x 9 outer envelope is a letter with attached reply device, and courtesy reply envelope included, ready for the donor to put postage on and mail along with their check.
The biggest challenge to fundraising direct mail can be the combination of austere budget and time. We were limited to using 2 colors and off-the-shelf materials in order to keep costs down while still being able to mail this last-minute appeal during a tight time-window. Download PDF
